When I travel I do not like to stand in any lines. Car rental places always seem have a line.

Go directly to the car rental place where the cars are. Sometimes there maybe a bus ride you need to take to the rental area where the cars are.
Ask the bus driver where the Emerald Asle is. Walk right off the bus to the car you want in the Emerald Asle.
Drive right up to the exit. At each exit there is a check out booth. The person there will bring up your Internet reservation and ask you for your Emerald card and your drivers lisense.
Once you sign for the car away you go! No lines

When it is time to return the car National is like most other car rental return areas. They check in the car and give you a receipt. The clerks in the return area have wireless handhelds to create the receipt. It is very fast. v1.01
