Here is the legal stuff

First, we are not in business to rip off anyone.  We offer a service to our customers, which link them to hotel information, and reservations on the web from our relationships with other companies.  We are not responsable for thier content, as we have no control over it.  However, if there are unreasonable problems with these companies we will disassociate ourselves from them.

Second, we are not responsable for any transaction with these companies that offer our reservation systems.  We do not imply any warrenty regarding these companies or thier reservation systems.  We also do not manage the transaction between our visitors and the reservations companies.  If the need arises we will offer assistance to provide contact information if possible.  Any and all charges for cancellation is between the customer and the reservation company.

Third, we offer hotel information which is intended to aid visitors to our site, to book there own hotel reservations, from this database of contact information.  We will make an effort to maintain and update this database.   However, we have our limitations, and cannot guarantee the content of this database to be completely reliable.  Therefore, we offer this database as a guideline for visitors to use, not as a complete reference.

Fourth, in no event shall #1Hotel Finder(1HF) be liable for any claim, loss, or damages caused by (or alleged to be caused by) information supplied by the 1HF. 1HF makes no warranty (expressed or implied) as to the quality, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any information it supplies. The visitor shall indemnify and hold the Company(1HF) harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) in connection with any cause of action brought against the Company(1HF) by any third party arising out of or relating to the Affiliate’s content on its web site, the co-branded pages, any and all information produced by the Affiliate, and any and all online commerce activities. Similarly, the Company(1HF) shall indemnify and hold the Affiliate harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) in connection with any cause of action brought against the Affiliate by any third party arising out of or relating to the Company’s content on the co-branded pages and online commerce activities.  Similarly, the Visitor shall indemnify and hold the Affiliate harmless from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) in connection with any cause of action brought against the Affiliate by any third party arising out of or relating to the Company’s content on the co-branded pages and online commerce activities.
